Drinks that don’t leave you bloated? Say What?
Yes, you heard that right! Since I am leaving for Florida this week I decided this will be the PERFECT #BlogFest post! So let me help you out... ditch the sugary calorie filled mixed drinks and pick from the options below to help you out!

Vodka/Rum/Tequila with Water and Squirt Mio Flavored Shot
Skinny Cocktails Dos:
Choose fresh 100% juice rather than mixes
Use zero-calorie bubblers instead of soft drinks. Try flavored seltzer, sparkling water, club soda or Mio squirt shots)
Fewer ingredients means fewer calories
Pay attention. Moderation is key for your waistline and health
Always ask bartender what exactly ingredients are in the drink and go from there!
Strut your stuff and show off whatcha momma (or daddy) gave you while still having the time of your life!
Thank you for always listening!
And just remember to ALWAYS have fun but drink responsibly:).
