Designed for individuals looking to rev up their bodies engines by rotating our bodies main fuel sources: carbohydrates and fats.
What do you mean? Let me explain…
Fuel-Up Days= High Carbohydrate, Low Fat
Hero-On Days= Low Carbohydrate, High Fat
Rotating your bodies main fuel sources—carbohydrates and fats, allows your body to not get accustomed to eating the same calories, same food groups day-in and day-out. Throughout the week, you will Fuel-Up 3X a week by taking in more carbohydrates, with the other days finding your inner strength to Hero-On and consume low carbohydrate, high fat. Both days our protein intake will remain high to preserve and rebuild muscle. This method is so effective at intensifying weight loss while maintaining lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle mass your body has, the more fat you will continue to burn daily—aka revving up your metabolism to turn you into a fat burning machine!

Weekly you will be assigned “Reward Meal(s)” to enjoy whatever foods you want, love and crave—all in moderation though! When you can relax and enjoy some of your favorite foods once or twice a week will actually make following the “Rules” on your Fuel-Up. Hero-On. Days. Reward meals give you something to look forward to, more like “a pat on the back” for a job well done!
