Core Galore:
Challenge can be done from the comfort of your own home with little to no equipment, all the way to full gym room in your basement!
10-30 minute abdominal exercises 3-4X week.
No need to crunch away with this challenge, because you will be learning the fundamentals of how to work your abdominals in all planes of motions.
Abdominals will be firing in NO TIME; trust me:)

Booty Blast:
*Ladies Favorite Challenge
Ladies favorite because who does not love a good "booty pump"?
Learn some of Haley's favorite moves to decrease cellulite, and increase strength in the bodies biggest muscle group--gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius.
SIDE NOTES:
All exercises can be performed with just your bodyweight but the equipment I would recommend to increase intensity:
Dumbbells, Resistance Bands or Tube, and access to Cable Machines and Barbells
Welcome To The Gun Show:
*Gentlemen's Favorite Challenge
Challenge is designed to increase muscular strength in your biceps, triceps, and shoulder's with an emphasis on back and chest as well creating an upperbody burn.
SIDE NOTES:
Two seperate programs designed for both males and females.
Need access to dumbbells, barbells, cable machine or resistance bands, pull-up bar and bench
All challenges are only $30 each!
Each challenge is designed for any age group, physical level or gender. All programs have modifications and ways to increase your intensity allowing all fitness levels to perform the challenge! The workouts last anywhere from 10-45 minutes. Gym recommended for "Welcome To The Gun Show" Challenge (unless access to equipment at home), but "Booty Blast" and "Core Galore" can be performed at home!
