Why Online Training?
At Amp Up Fitness, your trainer Haley wants to offer you personalized workout programs and meal plans, because every health concern whether it is: physical, mental, or emotional are unique to each person. No two people are the same, thus know two programs or meal plans should be the same. You may only have thirty minutes to workout with limited equipment, or have a full hour + with unlimited access to equipment at a gym. You may be an athlete looking to train and become dynamic and stronger for next season; or a stay at home mother looking to gain confidence and overall health for herself and family. You may have food allergies/sensitivities, certain preferences, or “emotional” attachments to foods that another client does not. These reasons are why Amp Up Fitness offers client specific workout programs and meal plans to help you meet your health needs and goals. If you're not ready for a program, or looking to spice up your current workout program, your trainer Haley offers 30-Day Challenges
